Everything was pleasant, near the amusement park, great breakfast, great dinner, comfortable room.

Great location near the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants. The food was good and there was always a lot to choose from in the buffet. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were always clean 

I was led to believe this hotel was child friendly - however there was absolutely no entertainment laid on for children - instead it was all geared towards 'senior' - which is a spanish saga. Every evening the entertainment was 2 hours of ballroom dancing. My 5 year old was really unhappy as I had promised him some nighttime entertainment. Also the indoor swimming pool closed at 530 on Sunday even though the literature said 6pm - may not seem much - but again - when you turn up at 5pm telling your 5 year old he has 1 hour - again it is difficult to explain to him.

I very much liked the dark haired Spanish lady on reception, I liked the pool area, however the water feature at the pool and the poolside bar were closed the whole week we stayed. The hotel was a good location for

beds need to be upgraded, buffet needs improving food very greasy and sometimes cold, was only able to use indoor pool sauna, weight room from 11-6 unless i paid extra 5 euros

Ok, really, thats for sure not a 4* hotel. As I travel all around europe, I can say that it would more fit category of 2-3*. Rooms are cleaned only by mopping the floor, really old towels (thin and dirty from the ages), beds are like from 70s, hard and springs are easy to feel O_o. No minibar, you need to pay extra to use the fridge, no sea view, and a noisy railroad just across the street. And it is just general things, without personal problems etc.

The hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to the airport and the Portaventura train station. It is also nearby a roundabout and in a great location for visiting nearby attractions. The rooms are comfortable and 

I thought the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpfull.

The only thing that let the hotel down was the cooked breakfast, very repetative, the eggs where deep fried and bacon was very greasy. No omeletes and pancakes.

rooms much too small we booked triple too cramped for 3 adults should not have to pay to use a fridge in room. sheets not changed daily. our room covered in ants!

great stay, exceeded expectations. big clean room, amazing shower, helpful staff. food delicious, especially turkey breast. felt like a king at Regina Gran Hotel. perfect for Port Aventura visit.

The rooms where spacious and the beds were very comfortable

Some of the staff can be a little surly when approached with concerns, One receptionist failed to understand the significance and importance of something extremely important that I raised, but to be fair another one did and acted appropriately to the best of her ability.

Many services require a la carte fees, would like to see more included in the room rate
